Ararat Exterminators was founded in 1977 by Jack Sogomonian who, along with his son and daughter, continues to provide Contra Costa and Alameda Counties with Branch 3 Termite and Wood Destroying Organism Inspections, General Property Inspections and Home Remodel services. Our reports are fully compliant with the Structural Pest Control Board regulations regarding findings and recommendations on Section 1, 2, Further Inspection and Informational items. We also maintain a good standing membership with the Pest Control Operators of California.

Here at Ararat Exterminators we pride ourselves on quick report turnaround, often providing clients with a PDF formatted inspection report within 24 hours of the termite or property inspection appointment. We'll let you know if special circumstances might cause a delay in the receipt of your inspection report. As a family owned and operated business, we tend to focus on building working relationships with our clients rather than simply issuing a report and expecting them to make heads or tails of it.
